Manan Shah is a founder of Pashm Global, a high-octane development and management firm, and has been involved in all aspects of company’s development since its inception. Prior to founding Pashm Global, Mr. Shah operated a modest convenience store from where he built the current portfolio that includes hotels and restaurants, employs 290 people and is driven to help others.
Mr. Shah leads by example with integrity, hard work and commitment to his community. He is vice president of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) and is a member of Entrepreneurs’ Association “EO” and Young Presidents Organization “YPO”. He serves as secretary of the Hindu Temple of Hampton Roads and has played a key role in promoting the culture of India in Hampton Roads, among other things.
Mr. Shah attended the Gujarat University in Ahmedabad, India, and holds BE degree. He holds a Master’s Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving four years as a supply analyst.
